Asters Bouquet reflects Jennifer Copley-May's training as a botanic artist. "These asters were painted in watercolour. The challenge lay in working out how to depict the complexity of the petals. Of course with watercolours it is much more difficult to deal with 'mistakes'. As is often the case with flowers, it was the delightful colours that attracted me in the first instance."
